This app helps the system administrator manage the picklist values shared across objects to be updated globally. This avoids the effort the administrator has to take to go update the picklist values in each object separately. For example, the country, geography and region picklists are shared by Lead, Account, Opportunity and other custom objects and the values have to be in sync. This helps the admin to update/add new value to these picklists across all objects with just a few clicks.
